I founded this company on the principle of efficiency. I worked in the Property industry for 6 years and saw that there is a massive gap in the South African Estate Agency market for the efficient rendering of services to Estate agents relating to the administration of their regulatory obligations under the Property Practitioners Act (Previously the EAAA). I have a BCom Financial Management Degree, and pride myself in my ability to interpret, understand and break down Acts, rules and regulations that govern the Real Estate Industry.
