2020 CPD E-LEARNING EXTENDED

The EAAB has issued another communique to let us know that E-learning for Full Status Agents for 2020 is now extended until 31 August 2021.

This follows the initial notification sent out by the EAAB that stated agents had until end of June to complete their e-learning for 2020.

This extension is as a result of a massive delay on the EAAB's side for opening the E-learning for 2020. The general sentiment is that, because the EAAB had to waive the CPD fees for 2020, their systems were not set up for this waiving of fees, and thus they had to sort out the technical part of this before they could open E-learning for 2020.

There are still agents who cannot access their 2020 E-learning, and this is most likely a result of the EAAB system glitching. Agents who cannot access their 2020 E-learning yet, must please contact the EAAB directly to resolve the issue, or they can contact us at info@agentaid.co.za for help in resolving the issue.
